Easy Weight Loss Meals

Achieving your ultimate weight loss goals can be difficult. There are hundreds of diet plans a person attempting to lose weight could follow, but without the proper planning, will never find weight loss success. Plan for weight loss by planning the meals you will need to actually lose weight! We all live very busy and exciting lives, so to be as helpful as possible I’ve created several meal suggestions to aid weight loss and help organize your life.

Weight Loss Breakfasts: (ps – do NOT skip breakfast. It is one of the most important meals of the day, for your concentration and weight loss. It gets your metabolism going in the morning, and gives it the fuel it needs to burn calories all day long, maximizing weight loss and weight loss results.)

Breakfast Number 1:

3 Egg White Omelet with tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, and turkey

1 glass of skim milk (dairy helps to accelerate weight loss and strengthen bones)

1 cup of fresh fruit

Breakfast Number 2:

1 cup of skim milk (again: dairy = weight loss)

1 cup of low fat cereal

1 cup of fresh fruit


Weight Loss Lunches:

Lunch Number 1: (this is great for weight loss and organizing lunch with a busy work schedule)

Salad: Iceberg Lettuce, Cucumbers, Strawberries, Onions, Grilled Chicken, Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

1 Glass of water

10 Baked – Low Fat Tortilla Chips

Fat Free Salsa


Lunch Number 2:

TV Dinners are easy, fast, and frozen. These components maximize weight loss! Not all TV Dinners are healthy for weight loss, so be careful with your selections. For maximum weight loss, I would suggest Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine, or Healthy Choice.


Weight Loss Dinners:

This is my weight loss challenge to you! Consider what you would normally make either at work, for your family, during a night of studying, or whatever life may bring to you. Now, make those options weight loss friendly.

For example, instead of using butter to cook, use spray margarine with 0 calories. Instead of having a pop/soda, drink a large glass of water with a twist of lemon. Smart choices like these truly do result in weight loss, and a life style that allows you to maintain that weight loss.

Thinking about meals in advance helps weight loss in a variety of ways. It helps to regulate over eating, which stunts weight loss. It also allows you to regulate a proper intake of all of the major food groups. Make a shopping list, buy the food you need for true results, and begin to see weight loss success

At the rough age of 15, I started my first weight loss program and didn’t believe a word of weight loss advice given to me. My logic, along with millions of other women around the world looking for weight loss, was that water weighs a lot, and the only thing that matters are the numbers on the scale. I’d like to begin by stating that weight loss is hard, and like many other things may get worse, before it gets better. To maximize weight loss and increase confidence in your current dieting program, I suggest following a couple major weight loss rules:

  1. To Increase Weight Loss Drink A LOT of Water
  2. Weight Loss Doesn’t Need to Taste Bad

While my weight loss and water drinking suggestions may seem obvious, I hope I can serve as a reminder of important healthy practices which foster weight loss and encourage success!

1. To Increase Weight Loss Drink A LOT of Water:

Drinking a lot of water can truly create amazing weight loss results. Drinking water during a meal helps you to feel more satisfied and full. This allows you to moderate your food intake more effectively, and maximize your weight loss. The best part is, water is FREE! Drinking a good amount of H20 flushes out your body, increasing your health, strengthening your hair, beautifying your pores, and giving you the weight loss confidence you need. For weight loss, water should be drank at meals, while working on the computer, while reading this site, during an intense workout, and you could even keep a bottle in your purse!

2. Weight Loss Doesn’t Need to Taste Bad:

It’s a simple equation. More water = more weight loss. Learning to love water is hard to do. I find the cooler the water is, the more appetizing it is. Flavor also can do wonders for ones desire to drink a lot of water, and in turn maximize their weight loss. Many popular flavored waters taste fantastic. Unfortunately, they also have a lot of calories packed into the sugary flavoring, actually hurting weight loss. Instead, for water weight loss, I would recommend flavored water without calories. Dasani bottled water normally has 0 calories, tastes amazing, and will help to encourage your weight loss.

Constantly buying bottled water can be expensive and time consuming, focus on weight loss instead. For free weight loss acceleration, you can have great tasting water even in your home! I would suggest buying several limes, lemons, or both from the grocery store while buying other weight loss foods. Fruit is great for weight loss, and will add natural flavor making your water and weight loss taste even better.
